This policy explains how DJ JT uses information collected through this website. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to jbooker11.jb@gmail.com.

Information you provide

Inquiry forms collect your name, email, optional phone number and event date, and the details you share. Venue inquiries also ask about the venue and event format. Booking requests collect your full name, email, phone, event type, package, date, start and end times, venue name and address, estimated guest count, notes, and acceptance of the booking terms.

Payment details are entered through Stripe; your booking email is passed to checkout. The website keeps booking and payment-status records, including amounts and transaction references. It does not receive or store full card numbers.

How your information is used

Your details are used to answer inquiries, review availability, plan and manage events, confirm payments, and handle booking changes. Availability is managed in the website database. Visitors see only Available or Unavailable, never customer or event details. An optional private copy of confirmed events may be stored in DJ JT’s business calendar. If you separately opt in, DJ JT may use your email or phone number for occasional booking and event updates. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to inquire or book.

Website analytics and consent

Google Analytics helps measure visits, video plays, availability checks, submitted inquiries, checkout starts, and confirmed payments after visitors return from Stripe. Optional analytics is disabled until you allow it through the privacy-choice banner. Booking and inquiry field contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, venue addresses, and private booking links are not sent as analytics event details.

Payment measurement uses a transaction reference and the amount paid. It may be incomplete when analytics is blocked or a visitor does not return after checkout. The website uses browser storage to remember your consent choice and avoid counting the same payment repeatedly.

Embedded media and other services

The Artist Showcase application is hosted by Google Forms. Information entered there is processed by Google and made available to the form’s organizers. YouTube videos load when you choose to watch them. Media thumbnails, embedded forms, and external links may make requests to their providers, which have their own privacy practices.

Storage, access, and your choices

Inquiry and booking records are stored with the website’s hosting services and can be accessed through DJ JT’s restricted administration area. Information is shared with service providers as needed to run the website, process payments, and manage events. Booking links are private; anyone you share a link with may be able to view or manage that booking.

You can ask DJ JT to access, correct, or delete information you have provided. Some records may need to be kept for outstanding bookings, payment records, disputes, or legal obligations. Do not include sensitive personal information in an inquiry unless it is needed for your event.

Client feedback

Feedback sent by email is reviewed before publication. If you agree to a testimonial, only the quote and display details approved for publication will be added to the website.
